The usual pattern is a furniture agent for the terrace, a tableware wholesaler for the dining room, a signage firm for the menus, a promotional company for the branded bits, and a different lead time, invoice and contact for each. Why does one hospitality supplier matter?

Because consistency is the thing guests notice without being able to name it. A dining room where every plate matches, every chair is the same colour and every menu cover is the same finish reads as professional; one where three reorders came from three places reads as tired. Consistency over time depends on being able to buy the exact same item again, which depends on the supplier listing every variant rather than a bestseller edit.

It also saves the thing operators are shortest of, which is attention. One account, one order history, one set of lead times and one email address for the terrace, the tableware, the signage and the branded merchandise means the manager spends the afternoon on the floor rather than on the phone.

Every Nardi colour and every Nardi piece

Nardi's contract furniture is made in Italy from fibreglass-reinforced resin and is a standard choice for Irish terraces because it stacks, survives the weather and wipes clean. The catch with most resellers is that they list a handful of colours and a handful of pieces. CWDH lists the full Nardi contract range with all colour variants: chairs, bar stools, bistro and dining tables, loungers and lounge pieces, in every finish Nardi makes. If you set a terrace in anthracite in 2026, you can add ten more anthracite chairs in 2029.

Because Nardi furniture ships from the factory according to stock, delivery is usually quicker for in-stock colours and typically runs to around four to six weeks for made-to-order items. Plan a spring terrace in January, not in April.

The full Fermob range, with the spare parts to keep it alive

Fermob's French steel furniture is available in a palette of over twenty colours, and the point of the brand is that a venue chooses its own. CWDH lists the full Fermob range with every colour variant, from the Luxembourg and Bistro families to tables, benches and lighting, and we are the only Irish online shop to carry Fermob spare parts alongside the furniture: touch-up pens and sprays in the matching colours, replacement feet and glides, and batteries for the Balad lamps. A scuffed chair gets repaired rather than replaced, which is better for the budget and for the sustainability claims you are now required to be able to prove.

Fermob colours that are not in stock are made to order and can take up to six weeks, with the overall range generally running four to six weeks depending on factory availability.

All of Securit, in every size and finish

Securit makes the front-of-house hardware that every venue touches daily: menu covers and holders, bill presenters, table numbers, chalkboards and pavement boards, LED information displays, cordless table lamps and entrance barriers. Most suppliers carry a selection. CWDH carries the complete Securit range, which matters because the ranges are designed to match: a Trendy A4 menu cover has a Trendy wine card, a Trendy bill presenter and a Trendy specials board, and a venue that can buy all four in one order gets a coherent table rather than a near miss. Securit products normally take around two weeks to arrive, though that varies with the season and stock.

Pre-designed sets: one line on the order, a room equipped

This is the part no one else does. CWDH is the only shop to offer pre-designed, ready-made sets that put together everything a job needs in the right quantities. The Ready Table Sets equip ten tables with lamps, menu holders, bill presenters and table numbers in a single matched finish. The menu cover sets pair ten holders with spare pouches or inserts. The lighting sets bundle cordless lamps with a multicharger. The chalkboard kits include the board, markers and cleaner. The entrance sets combine posts, bases and rope or belt. Each set says exactly what is included, so there is nothing to work out and nothing to forget.

Sets are built from popular pieces, and popular pieces can need restocking, so order early, particularly before Christmas and before the terrace season.

Promo kits matched to a line or a moment

Branded merchandise usually means a catalogue of a thousand loose items and an afternoon lost choosing between pens. CWDH does it differently: our brandable kits group promotional goods around a specific use. A Coffee Lover kit for a café's loyalty programme. A City Break kit for a hotel's weekend package. Long-service, employee-of-the-month and Christmas staff kits for the team. Each kit lists what is in it, the pieces can be branded with your logo on request, and the whole thing is one order. Custom-branded and made-to-order pieces generally take four to six weeks, so build that into your launch date.

What about lead times?

Breadth of range does not mean everything sits in a warehouse in Dublin, and we would rather be clear about that than surprise you. Smaller hospitality items such as porcelain, Fine Dine, buffet and bar products normally take up to seven working days once available; Securit around two weeks; Nardi and Fermob furniture and made-to-order branded pieces four to six weeks.
