At CWDH , we focus on supplying high-quality commercial and hospitality products rather than mass-market, low-cost alternatives. Many of our ranges are manufactured in Europe by specialist factories and are designed for long-term commercial use.

Outdoor Furniture – Nardi, Fermob

Outdoor furniture delivery depends on factory stock.

For brands like Fermob, many products are available in a large range of colours. Because Fermob metal furniture can be produced in up to 25 colours, some colours may need to be made to order. In these cases, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.

Nardi and Fermob furniture orders generally take around 2–6 weeks, depending on stock and factory availability.

Curently Nardi factory lead time : 2-6 weeks

Fine Dine, Buffet, Bar & Porcelain Items

Smaller hospitality items such as chairs, tables, buffet products, barware, Fine Dine items, porcelain, and similar products normally take up to 7 working days for delivery to Ireland, once available.

Larger products, such as cooking units or specialist equipment, may take longer depending on the brand, stock, and delivery schedule.

Custom Wood Designs Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made products from Custom Wood Designs usually take 4–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

This includes bespoke items such as:

  • Custom QR code displays
  • Bespoke wooden products
  • Custom branded hospitality items
  • Made-to-order displays
  • Special production projects

Securit Menus, Displays & Hospitality Products

Securit menus, information displays, chalkboards, menu holders, and similar products normally take around 2 weeks.

This can vary depending on the time of year, stock levels, and delivery schedules.

Promotional Products

Unbranded promotional items such as umbrellas, notebooks, pens, and samples can often be delivered within a few working days, depending on availability.

For branded promotional products, we recommend allowing around 2 weeks. In most cases, branded items are delivered within 7–11 working days, but we advise allowing extra time for artwork approval, production, and delivery.

All lead times are estimates and can vary depending on stock, production, factory schedules, transport, and seasonal demand.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before you order. We will confirm the best delivery option available.

Returns & Refund Policy

At CWDH , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As many of our products are made to order, customized, or sourced specifically for each customer, please read the following policy carefully.

Standard Stock Products

If you have purchased a standard, non-customized product and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Be suitable for resale
  • Include proof of purchase

Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrives damaged.

Custom-Made & Personalized Products

Many products supplied by Custom Wood Designs are manufactured, engraved, printed, branded, or customized specifically for each customer.

These products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The product supplied does not match the approved artwork or order specification

Examples include:

  • Custom QR code displays
  • Branded menus
  • Wooden hotel key cards
  • Awards and trophies
  • Custom furniture
  • Engraved products
  • Printed promotional merchandise
  • Bespoke retail displays and shelving

Furniture Orders

Furniture from brands such as Nardi, Fermob, Vlaemynck, Amazonas, and other specialist manufacturers may be ordered specifically for customers.

Where products have been specially ordered, manufactured, or imported on behalf of a customer, returns may not be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions regarding return eligibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will work with you to arrange replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Promotional Products

Branded promotional products are manufactured specifically for each order and are generally non-returnable once production has commenced or artwork has been approved.

Unbranded stock items may be eligible for return, subject to supplier approval and restocking conditions.

Globo Swings, Hammocks & Hanging Chairs

Our range of Globo swings, hanging chairs, hammocks, and accessories are supplied directly from European manufacturers. Most items are delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on stock availability and transport schedules.

Popular products such as hanging chairs, hammock sets, frames, and accessories are typically available for quick dispatch from the factory, making them one of our faster-delivered furniture ranges.

We can also manufacture custom-made swings, hanging chairs, and timber structures for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. As these products are made to order, lead times will vary depending on design requirements, materials, and production schedules. Minimum order quantities may apply for bespoke projects.

This range combines high-quality European manufacturing with durable materials designed for both indoor and outdoor use, offering a premium alternative to mass-produced garden furniture.

Order Cancellations

Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled before dispatch.

Custom, branded, made-to-order, or specially sourced products cannot usually be cancelled once production, procurement, or personalization has begun.
