How to Order

Ordering from CWDH is simple. Buy online in a few clicks, ask us for a tailored quote for bigger orders, or open a trade account for easy re-ordering. We are working so hard to make it as easy as possible for you.

1. Order online

Browse the range, choose your sizes, colours and quantities, and add them to your cart.
Check out and pay securely online.
We deliver to your venue. Prefer to collect? Email us after ordering and we will arrange collection from Saggart, Co. Dublin (D24 P963).
You will get an order confirmation by email, and we will keep you updated on delivery.

2. Ask for a quote

For larger orders, such as furnishing a whole dining room or terrace, or any product showing "Get a quote / Check availability", we will put together a tailored quote.

Email info@cwdh.ie with the products, quantities, your venue and when you need delivery.
We confirm availability and lead times, and send your quote.
Approve the quote and we place the order for you.

3. Open a trade account

Hotels, restaurants, cafés and bars can open a CWDH trade account. Give us a call or get in touch and we will set it up for you.

4. Branded and made-to-order products

Products with your logo are made through our sister brand, Custom Wood Designs. We send you a proof to approve before anything is produced. Branded and made-to-order items usually take 4–6 weeks and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or don't match the approved proof.

5. Lead times

Tableware, porcelain, buffet and bar items: usually up to 7 working days to Ireland, once in stock.
Nardi outdoor furniture: usually 2–6 weeks.
Fermob outdoor furniture: up to 6 weeks, as some colours are made to order.
Branded and made-to-order products: usually 4–6 weeks.

Popular items may need restocking, so we recommend ordering early, especially before the outdoor season. Full details are on our Delivery & Lead Times page.

6. Returns

Unused stock items can be returned in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Specially ordered furniture and branded items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival, so please check with us before ordering if you are unsure.

FAQ

Can I order without a trade account?

Yes. Anyone can order online. A trade account just makes invoices and re-ordering easier for regular customers.

Do you do fit-outs?

No. CWDH is a hospitality supplier, not a fit-out company. We supply the products and work alongside your own architect, designer or fit-out contractor.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Email us after ordering and we will arrange collection from Saggart, Co. Dublin.

How do I get a quote for a large order?
