1. What file format do you need for my logo?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG files for laser engraving or printing.
These formats ensure your logo stays sharp and high-quality.

2. Can you work from a JPG or PNG?

Yes — but vector files (PDF/AI/SVG) are always preferred.
If you only have a JPG/PNG, we can usually convert it, but gradients or low-resolution images may need to be redrawn.

3. Do you accept DXF files?

Yes — DXF files are accepted, especially for precise line-based engraving or CNC work.

4. Does my artwork need to be in black and white?

For laser engraving: Yes – black & white is ideal.
For colour printing: We can work with full-colour artwork, but vector format is required.

5. What resolution should my logo be?

If you're supplying a non-vector file (PNG/JPG), please ensure it is:
