Product details
Cast iron retains heat, keeping food warm on the table. Before first use, wash the cookware thoroughly with warm water and soap. Then rub edible oil into the cast iron and bake it in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes. This seasons the surface of the cast iron, which enhances its durability andhelps to create a non-stick coating. After use, clean it by wiping with a damp cloth.
